• Lineups cannot be modified after the contest begins
• Scoring is calculated based on actual player statistics in live cricket matches
• Contest results are determined by leaderboard rankings at the end of each contest
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify contests due to unforeseen circumstances

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create multiple accounts or engage in collusion with other users
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Share or sell your account credentials
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Genuine Fantasy Max or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6. Contest Results and Disputes

• All scoring decisions are final and binding
• We use official cricket statistics from recognized sources
• Disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of contest completion
• We will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe
• Our decision on disputes is final

7. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
